Hessling’s blues inspired guitar playing began at the age of seven in his hometown of Dickeyville, Wisconsin. Shortly after scribbles of lyrics and chords started to appear in school notebooks. In teenage years, he found his own voice in classic country, pop, and swing music. While living in Germany during college, Isaih wrote his first few songs that reflect such styles you hear today at a show. Alongside these are renditions that curate a performance you deserve. As quoted by a venue during his debut, Hessling’s genre is summed up as “Old Soul Originals & Old Time Favorites.”
